PROGRAM FEATURES AND CONDITIONS
• Promotion valid June 1, 2026 through Aug. 2, 2026. Approved financing rates are effective until Aug. 30, 2026.
• Promotion cannot be used in combination with any other discount program, coupon, rebate, or other promotional offer.
• Eligible machine models include: ML80, ML100, ML130, ML150, S450TX, S925TX, CTX50, CTX100, CTX160, ATX530, ATX720, ATX850, ATX960, BC700XL, BC900XL, BC1000XL, BC1200XL, BC1500, BC1800XL, SC292, SC30TX, SC362, SC402, SC48TX, SC552, SC70TX, SC802, SC852, SC1052.
• Dealers must use the ADDR form in VermeerOneTM platform to submit reimbursement for the Landscape & Tree Care Summer Sales Program. Select the appropriate 2026 special from the “sales” type in the dropdown box and submit to addr@vermeer.com. Standard 3-for-1 ADDR applies when total dealer discount exceeds 11%, excluding freight costs and preparation for final delivery.
• ADDR submission must be completed within 30 days of delivery.
• Promotion available through authorized U.S. and Canada dealers only.
• Promotion applies to retail purchases of new machines with less than or equal to 100 hours only. Corporate/Strategic accounts are not eligible.
• Qualifying customers may choose one (1) of the following benefits:
1. 0% financing for up to 48 months;
2. Low-interest financing plus one of the following:
a. $2,500.00 USD attachment credit;
b. 12 months of Vermeer Confidence Plus® asset protection program (Base);
c. $1,500.00 USD instant cash.
3. Low-interest financing.
• Qualifying customers who bundle any two or more eligible machine models can choose between:
1. 0% financing for up to 48 months; or
2. $3,500.00 instant cash back.
• At the customer’s option, any of the foregoing benefits may be combined with “buy now, pay later” payment terms. Credit approval required. Payment obligations under these terms will be deferred for ninety (90) days from the date of retail purchase. Upon expiration of the 90-day period, all payment obligations resume. Dealer and customer are hereby advised that selecting this option will include additional charges, resulting in a higher total financed cost.

GENERAL FINANCING FEATURES AND CONDITIONS
• Promotional financing available only through DLL.
• Financing is available to qualified customers in the U.S. and Canada only. All rates, terms and conditions are subject to change and to credit and equipment approval.
• Promotional rates are available for transactions approved in the month submitted and transactions must be funded by the end of the month or Sept. 1, 2026, whichever occurs first.
